Fixed anchor point with Double D Ring

Cross arm strap 8183 It is wrapped around I-beams and other structures and secured with a 2 inch (50 mm) "D" ring that slides through a 3 inch (76mm) D-ring to form a secure attachment point for lanyards and other connecting devices.
