SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. COVERAGE AND LOGISTICS PARTNERS
At Bryan Safety, security and speed are paramount. All our domestic and international shipments are managed exclusively through certified global logistics partners: DHL Express and FedEx. This ensures full traceability of your order from our warehouse in Villahermosa to your door.
2. PROCESSING TIMES (PREPARATION)
The total delivery time consists of two stages: Processing + Transit.
- Orders received before 1:00 PM (Central Standard Time): Will be processed and collected by the carrier on the same business day (subject to payment validation and stock).
- Orders received after 1:00 PM: Will be processed on the next business day.
- Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays.
3. ESTIMATED AND NON-GUARANTEED DELIVERY TIMES
Our technology platform provides delivery dates calculated in real-time by the carrier's system (DHL/FedEx). However, Bryan Safety DOES NOT guarantee exact delivery dates or times under any circumstances.
- Estimation Character: Dates shown on the website, emails, or provided verbally are strictly ESTIMATED and depend 100% on the logistical operability of the carrier.
- Agent Representation: No sales agent, representative, or employee of Bryan Safety has the authority to guarantee, promise, or insure a specific delivery date that overrides this written policy. Any verbal promise in this regard lacks official validity.
- Delay Cancellation Policy: Transit delays generated by the carrier, customs, or force majeure are NOT valid grounds for order cancellation or refund requests once the package has been dispatched from our facilities.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Rates are automatically calculated based on the volumetric weight of the order and the destination postal code, leveraging our preferential corporate rates.
- The exact cost will be shown in the final breakdown before payment.
- If your order qualifies for "Free Shipping" (according to current promotions), this will be done via Standard Service (Ground).
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is collected, you will automatically receive an email with your Tracking Number and the direct link to the DHL or FedEx portal to monitor your package's progress.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
For customers outside Mexico:
- Taxes and Duties: The customer is responsible for covering any import tax, duty, or customs charge generated by the package upon entering their country (DDU Terms - Delivery Duty Unpaid). Bryan Safety has no control over these charges nor can predict their amount.
7. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY POLICY
The security of your investment varies according to the purchase amount:
- Orders Over $5,000 USD: Travel 100% insured by Bryan Safety. In case of total loss or theft during transit, we will manage immediate replacement at no cost to the customer.
- Orders Under $5,000 USD: Travel under the standard liability of the contracted carrier service. If the customer wishes to hire additional insurance for lower-value merchandise, they must request it from their sales agent before finalizing the purchase (extra cost applies).
Reception Protocol (Mandatory): Regardless of the amount, for any claim, it is necessary to inspect the box before signing. If you notice evident damage or violated seals, do not receive the package or note the incident on the delivery scanner. Any internal damage or missing items must be reported to [email protected] within a maximum of 24 hours.
8. ADDRESS ERRORS AND UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
It is the exclusive responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and correct address.
- If the package is returned to our facilities due to "Incorrect Address" or "Recipient Absent" (after the carrier's delivery attempts), the customer must cover the cost of the new shipment.
- No shipping cost refunds are made in cases where delivery failed due to causes attributable to the customer.
