This jacket is flame-resistant and offers protection against contact, convective, and radiant heat. It also meets safety regulations for molten metal splashes.  

Technical characteristics :  

Durable fabric : The fabric is made of 99% cotton and 1% carbon fiber. This combination ensures durability and comfort.  

Protection from Molten Metals and Heat

• For Molten Metals (EN ISO 11612, D3 and E3): This is the jacket's most notable feature. Level D3 certifies maximum protection against molten aluminum splashes, and level E3 guarantees maximum protection against molten iron splashes. This means the wearer can work in foundries or high-risk environments with maximum safety.

D3: Withstands more than 350g of molten aluminum.

E3: Withstands more than 180g of molten iron.

With its EN ISO 11612 certification, levels D3 and E3 , it guarantees you the highest possible protection against molten iron and aluminum splashes. It is an unprecedented barrier, designed for high-risk environments such as foundries.

• For Contact Heat (EN ISO 11612, F1): The jacket also protects against heat transmitted by direct contact, albeit at a basic level. It provides additional protection for situations where the wearer might accidentally touch a hot surface.

Furthermore, the EN ISO 11611 Class 2 certification is a major advantage. This standard means the jacket offers a higher level of protection for welding work, as Class 2 is designed for more intense and dangerous welding processes.
