Nitri Guard Plus® Gloves: High-Resistance Chemical and Mechanical Protection

The Nitri Guard Plus® is a nitrile glove specifically designed to offer a combination of elasticity, dexterity, and superior resistance in industrial environments.

Technical Characteristics and Operational Capabilities

• Design and Protection: It is a green glove with a total length of 18 inches (46 cm), which allows for protection of a large part of the forearm. It has a thickness of 0.63 mm.
• Chemical and Mechanical Resistance: Thanks to its nitrile formula, it outperforms natural rubber, neoprene, and vinyl gloves when exposed to solvents, caustics, and animal fats. The nitrile used does not swell, sink, or weaken due to fat absorption.
• Hygiene: As it contains no latex proteins, it eliminates the risk of allergic reactions associated with this material.
• Food Regulatory Compliance: It meets USDA and FDA (21 CFR) standards for safe use in food processing.

Certifications and Standards

• EN 388 (Mechanical Risks): Abrasion resistance (Level 3), cut resistance (Level 0), tear resistance (Level 0), and puncture resistance (Level 2).
• EN 374-3: Permeation resistance to JKL chemicals.
• Other Standards: 29 CFR 1915.157, EN 420, and USDA.
