The LO49 is a high-performance technical trouser designed for work environments where mechanical durability, operational functionality, and an impeccable corporate image are essential requirements. Made from a high-density fabric (65% polyester, 35% cotton, 245g), these trousers integrate the technical Texpel™ Splash finish, which provides an active barrier against the absorption of liquids, oils, and dirt. It is the standard work tool for maintenance, supervision, and logistics teams operating in intensive use conditions.

Technical Features and Operational Capabilities

• Texpel™ Splash Technology: The hydrophobic and oleophobic finish modifies the surface tension of the fabric, causing contaminants to slide off the surface. This protection prevents dirt from saturating the fiber, significantly reducing material fatigue after frequent industrial washes.
• Industrial Reinforcement Architecture: The garment includes strategic reinforcements in areas of high stress, specifically on the knees and hem area. These sections are constructed to resist mechanical abrasion resulting from frequent contact with metal structures or rough floors.
• High Mobility Ergonomics: Designed with an industrial cut that guarantees freedom of movement. It incorporates reinforced belt loops capable of supporting constant loads from tactical belts or tool holders, always maintaining the necessary structure and comfort for prolonged shifts.
• Operational Functionality: Features a multi-pocket configuration, including a dedicated side pocket for hand tools, optimizing workflow through quick access to measuring devices.

Safety Notice and Use Limitations

IMPORTANT: This is a basic mechanical protective garment. It is NOT flame-retardant, it is not anti-static, and it does not offer protection against serious chemical hazards or cuts from extremely sharp edges. Although it has reinforcements, it should not be excessively overloaded in the pockets; the use of heavy or sharp tools can compromise the integrity of the seams and create a snagging hazard. Always perform a Specific Risk Assessment to confirm that this garment is suitable for the level of abrasion and hazards present in your work area.

Maintenance and Care Instructions

• Washing: Machine wash at a maximum of 60°C. The Texpel™ treatment maintains its properties through multiple industrial wash cycles. DO NOT use fabric softeners, as they negate the repellent capacity of the Texpel™ treatment.
• Drying: Tumble dry at a medium temperature. Avoid excessive industrial drying to preserve the dimensional stability of the cotton.
• Ironing: Moderate ironing allowed (maximum 150°C).
• Inspection: Periodically check the reinforcement seams on the knees and the load area at the waist. If tears, fraying, or loss of integrity in the reinforcements are detected, the garment should be taken out of service, as failure at these points can cause accidents due to snagging on machinery or surfaces.
