Made from a specialized 7oz fabric composed of 88% cotton and 12% nylon, this garment offers guaranteed flame resistance for the entire lifespan of the garment, even after multiple industrial washes.

Safety Notice and Use Limitations

IMPORTANT: The garment must be worn closed to maintain its effectiveness against thermal hazards. Given its CAT 2 rating, it should not be used as primary protection in environments with incident energy levels exceeding 8.2 cal/cm². It is recommended to ensure the garment is free from flammable contaminants, such as oils or greases, as these could compromise its flame-retardant performance.

Maintenance and Care Instructions

• Washing: Wash following instructions for 88/12 technical fabrics. CRITICAL PROHIBITION: Do not use bleach or detergents with oxidizing agents that degrade the flame-retardant properties of Bizflame® fabric.
• Drying: Tumble dry at a moderate temperature. CRITICAL PROHIBITION: Avoid extremely high temperatures that can cause deformation of the nylon fibers.
• Ironing: Use a low temperature if necessary.
• Inspection: Regularly check the integrity of the fabric and the brass zipper; any structural damage, thinning of the fabric, or closure failure requires immediate replacement of the garment to ensure worker protection.
