P100 high efficiency particulate filters

Honeywell's P100 Pancake Filter is rated by NIOSH as a high-efficiency filter for oil-based and oil-free particles with a minimum filtration level of 99.7% on particles as small as .003 Microns

Magenta filters are used in reusable respirators and provide a PEL of 10-fold permissible exposure limit (PAPR) for half-face masks and up to 50-fold for full-face masks, based on the assigned protection factor set at ANSI levels. .

Honeywell Filters have a low-profile design, which allows you to have less air resistance when breathing and a greater field of vision for greater safety in your activities.

If you require additional respiratory protection then we have the 75FFP100 NL (Nocive Level) filter model with activated carbon filter that filters you from annoying odors such as those found in solvents and also protects you from Organic Vapors.

Recommendations for use

Full face masks shall pass a quantitative fit test to claim the assigned protection factor above 10 in negative pressure mode

Also do not use in environments that represent an immediate danger to life and health or that have an oxygen level below 19%.

Applications

P100 particulate filters can be used alone, or in combination with a filter cartridge (adapter required), on PAPRs in a wide variety of applications including: Torch cutting, Welding, lead exposure, working with asbestos, cadmium, arsenic and Application of paint with or without oily particles as well as production and manufacturing of mining metals. Being a high-efficiency filter, it efficiently prevents infections by viruses or bacteria.
