Infra Wide Brim Safety Helmet

The Infra wide-brim helmet is a personal protective tool designed for industrial and outdoor construction environments, offering a balance between ergonomics and mechanical robustness. Its full brim design provides extended protection against environmental elements such as rain and solar radiation.

Safety Features

  • Multi-Class Protection: Certified to withstand direct impacts to the top of the head.
  • Dielectric Shielding (Class E): Offers non-conductive resistance up to 20,000 volts, protecting the user when working near high-voltage lines.
  • Ratchet Suspension System: Ratchet system that allows for precise and secure adjustment to the head circumference, keeping the helmet in place during sudden movements.
  • Wide Brim Design: Provides additional protection against weather, reducing the risk of sunstroke and improving comfort outdoors.

Instructions and Maintenance

  • Safety Notice: After a severe impact or fall from height, the helmet must be removed and destroyed immediately, even if there are no visible damages. Modifying its structure or drilling holes is not permitted.
  • Cleaning: Use only warm water and mild soap; avoid chemicals or solvents that degrade the polymer.
  • Inspection and Service Life: The suspension should be checked weekly. It is recommended to replace the shell every 5 years and the suspension every 2 years.
  • Storage: Avoid extreme heat or constant direct sun exposure, such as inside vehicles, to prevent plastic degradation.
