This lockout card warns of dangerous conditions from activating machinery or equipment or removing the card without authorization.

Does not meet OSHA's 50 lb. pull test for tagout devices, but can be used in conjunction with padlocks.

It should not be used alone, but always in conjunction with a padlock or hasp.
