Laminated Cardstock Locking Cards

Cards used in conjunction with locks do not have to meet tagout device restrictions to comply with OSHA/STPS regulations

Blocking cards must have distinctive devices and have standardized measurements and colors and be understandable by all employees.

The lock card must not deteriorate and be substantial enough to prevent accidental removal and if used alone must be able to withstand a minimum pressure of 50 Lbs to prevent accidental removal.

The 2304 laminated cardstock lockout card is designed to offer an economical alternative to lockout procedures.

This lockout card warns of dangerous conditions from activating machinery or equipment or removing the card without authorization.

Does not meet OSHA's 50 lb. pull test for tagout devices, but can be used in conjunction with padlocks.

It should not be used alone, but always in conjunction with a padlock or hasp.

They are designed to be used in one-time, one-time applications.

The name of the user who posted it can be written on them.
